Good book for dummies

The book contains a lot of good points to learn and a lot of good points to ponder. I bought the book in search for an answer and what to do in a certain situation I was in. Hah! There it was. The book provided me the answer I was looking for and it also provided other possible situations and what to do in case I would be in those situations someday. The other part of the book is simply a repetition of what we already knew common-sensely.

Uh you know it's old when it mentions AOL - the old internet company. However, it does have useful information that is still current as far as I know.

I haven't surveyed many relationships books, but this one has helped us at least think more about our relationship and be more aware of ourselves. Even for things as obvious as raising our voices being an unhealthy behavior, just reading it from a professional has helped it sink in more. So we're definitely getting some positives from the book.
